FILTERS/SMALL LILY TUBS
   These tanks are perfect for filters, raising baby Koi, or planting water lilies. You can even use these for a small reflection pond. For use as filters, assemble an under-gravel filter by using our slotted filter pipe and our bulkhead fittings. Attach pump to pipe for an up-flow filter and cover with gravel or BIO-LYTE. Attach another Bulkhead fitting near the top of tank to lead back to pond. Alternately, pump water into top of filter and let it run down thru the gravel or BIO-LYTE and out the pipe and back to pond (This is of course a down flow filter). For use as a Mini pond, simply place a small submersible pump in it to re-circulate the water and fill with plants or baby fish. The two different round whiskey barrel liners are perfect for lining barrels for use as small ponds for water , water iris, small lilies, etc. The liner with lip can be used for a small upper pond which over flows into the second lower pond with its plants and concealed submersible pump (Rio 1700 submersible pump). Lead the pump outlet tubing up to the upper liner as it's supply.

 Manila Landscaping and Safety Barrier Rope

         This new oil treated Manila rope is a long lasting safety necessity for any pond with unprotected access, or decks. Install posts on or around the deck (similar to docks) and hang the rope as a safety barrier to prevent children or seniors from falling into the water. This rope provides a wonderful look to your pond, deck, or walk way. 1 inch manila rope shown in pictures above with 1 inch rope fasteners or clamps shown securing rope to poles.

Use the larger 1 1/2 inch or the 2 inch rope for a heftier look. Tape the ends to prevent un-raveling, or dip the ends in liquid rubber, CIM,  or liquid plastic. Secure the rope with our galvanized rope fasteners (conduit clamps) below and paint or coat if desired. Fasteners provided with one screw for securing to wood post, tree, etc. Fasteners hold rope loosely and allow rope to be pulled and adjusted over space.
