NEW! SuperFalls “Pump-Safe” Pump and Equipment house 

SuperFalls now has the only completely safe pump house on the market!. Our Pump-Safe box (patent pending) is designed for safe burial underground. One or more centrifugal fans assure complete ventilation of box, exchanging all air up to 5 times each minute. A waterproof housing* protects your expensive pumps and other equipment from water damage due to leaking seals, cracked pipes, rising water table, etc. Lighting within the box makes it easy to check out the equipment at any time of day or night. Our Pump-Safe box is even offered with remote temperature monitoring to allow the customer to watch the temperature from within the comfort of the house. A bilge pump will discharge any water accumulation in the box before it can threaten your equipment. This newest addition to our line of exclusive pond and aquaculture equipment offers a safe, and quiet place to install your pumps out of the way, but in an easily accessed location for maintenance if necessary.

The Pump-Safe box is available in several forms and sizes, offering space for up to 4 centrifugal pumps, and one or more air pumps, lighting, and even UV Sterilizers if desired. Power is available within the box by use of high power cords running from the nearest power supply, through one of the air ducts into or out of the box, and then powering GFCI outlet boxes within the box. Our blowers can be installed in the box for protection, or they can be placed outside of the box to pump air into the box if desired. A bilge pump for water removal is a necessary protective measure offered by SuperFalls to accommodate our extremely popular SuperFalls line of energy efficient pumps. The Pump-Safe box works equally well to protect any electrical equipment from environmental hazards. 

This is a perfect item for our dealers and installers who like to install centrifugal pumps with their ponds. Now you can install your pumps in a water and temperature protected box, complete with ac power, ventilation, lighting, etc. All you have to do is dig the hole, trenches, and install the pipes to the box. We will even give you options as to how you want the piping penetrations installed (custom charges may apply). Order with the pumps installed and receive all on a pallet ready to install! Shown below are some of the configurations available to you for your customers. Each different box style has its own advantages. *Waterproof housing may not allow lid or top of box to be covered with water, ie. flooded or submerged, on some models. In some models, air may be exhausted through exhaust ports near the top, but slightly above ground. This model, while very efficient, would not prevent water from a flood from entering the box.

KOI JOY'S NEW "SUPERTRAP" INLINE LEAF TRAP AND STRAINER ASSEMBLY

Why continue to suffer with frequent leaf trap cleaning, when you can stretch that chore out to as little as 1/8 as often. With the SuperTrap inline leaf trap, you can sit back and enjoy your pond instead of going out every day to empty that little trap that you have.

Daryl is holding the long basket from our "upflow" model of the SuperTrap in one hand, and the much smaller typical trap in use by most pond owners. Our new basket holds up to 8 times a much of the waste material as that little one, and will offer much less resistance to flow than that little one, giving you more flow, less work, and the time that you want to enjoy your work.

The upflow model 04-UFST44 of our 6" SuperTrap,  has a 4" inlet which can be connected directly to the 4" pipe which comes from your 4" bottom drain, and can also be connected directly to skimmers. This unit has a huge 6" removable lid in it's top which can also be used to prime your pump and system if desired. The 4" outlet to the pump is near the top and and provides clean strained water to the pump. The assembly is provided with 4" connections at the bottom (inlet) and at the top (outlet to the pump). The basket is approximately 44" long.

Our Down flow model of SuperTrap should be available soon, with it's inlet near the top, outlet to the coming out of the bottom and rising to the top. This model may be easier to install in earth that is compacted and rocky. It allows for the inlet pipe to be near the surface. 

 Our Back Flush Assembly 04-STBFA4 allows you to clean your leaf trap without removing the basket. When two three way valves are repositioned, the waste is flushed onto the ground, or into our French Drain Assembly 04-STFDA4 with it's drainage and collection basket. When the collection basket has drained, just empty it into the garbage can. 

KOI JOY'S NEW "GIANT LEAF TRAP" INLINE LEAF TRAP AND STRAINER ASSEMBLY

DRUM/STRAINER-LEAF TRAP 
      Koi Joy's collection trap connects' directly to the pond's bottom drain line (3" or 4") and skimmer to collect debris from pond. Water travels upward into the strainer basket, and then through the basket into the collection tank where it is drawn into the pump. The pump is connected via a 2" bulk head fitting (supplied). Debris is left behind within the strainer for easy removal and cleaning. Saves a lot of effort and time that would be spent cleaning your pond, leaf trap, or pump internals. Available for 3" pipe 04-LCT300 or 4" pipe 04-LCT400 Supplied with lid (not shown), strainer basket 04-LCB300 or 04-LCB400, leaf basket filter media 04-LBFM25, and 2" bulk head fitting 03-BHF200.

With this system, you can now clean your pond by sweeping stuff directly into the bottom drain to be swept into the collection trap. This easy to clean trap will hold weeks of bottom debris for later removal. Now you won't have to worry about leaves plugging up your pump or your skimmer.  When it fills with leaves or algae, simply pull it out, rinse out with garden hose and return to drum. It's simple slip fit makes removal and replacement easy and painless. Plumb your centrifugal pump directly to the drum with one of our bulk head fittings (not included) for strained water or simply place a submersible pump into the drum with its hose leading to your filter. A simple yet effective way to decrease your pond maintenance duties and protect your koi!

The box is available in several different forms, including a completely watertight box for installation of up to 3 or more complete pumps with leaf traps, air inlet and outlet penetrations for pump cooling, a bilge pump for safe operation, temperature monitoring capability, and AC and DC power supplies for equipment operation.

The pump box is constructed in three different forms, to allow it to perform its functions best in each form. That is the form used below is best to serve one set of requirements, while the form show above will serve best when another set of requirements are desired.
