Money Back Guarantee! We guarantee your satisfaction with all products except
for living products (fish, plants, etc. For these items, see below) or we will refund your money as follows:

First 30 days after purchase - Unused items: Tell us the date of purchase,
and we will refund your purchase price (excluding freight and handling
charges) in full within the first 30 days of purchase. No returns
accepted on used items!

30 days after purchase - Unused items: We will refund your purchase price
minus a 20 % restocking charge.

After 30 days - Products are guaranteed to perform as advertised, for the
manufacturers warranted period. We will either
replace or repair the item at our discretion. Items will only be accepted
for return when in unused condition (Refund does not include
freight and handling charges).

In every case, purchaser must call Koi Joy to get a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA) and then return the item to Koi Joy at the address
below (no packages will
be accepted for return without an RMA on the outside of package). Item
must be returned at purchasers expense with RMA number clearly visible
on outside of package, and a letter inside explaining problem completely.

Warranty Issues: If product fails within warranty period customer assumes
freight charges both inbound to Koi Joy and outbound to manufacturer and also
assumes freight charges for replacement merchandise sent back to the customer.
Of course customer is always welcome to send merchandise back to manufacturer
after first contacting manufacturer. Customer must call and get RMA
authorization before sending item back to Koi Joy.

Koi Joy assumes no blame or fault for use or mis-use of products due to the potential for over-dosing or additive effect when combined
with other products.

For fish or plant orders, you must notify Koi Joy within 24 hours of receipt,
when fish or plants are received in bad health. We try to assure safe
delivery by air UPS, USPS, or other. We will inform the customer of
method of delivery, and date of delivery prior to shipment. Once agreement has
been made as to delivery method and date, it is the responsibility of the
customer to arrange safe pickup or receipt.
